Over the course of his career, Chris has founded both private and listed companies, including a financial advice firm and a foreign exchange brokerage. Chris has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2005 and was approved by the Financial Conduct Authority in 2012.

Jonathan Hall

Director

Jonathan began his career at the investment banking division of Barclays, since when he’s worked in the city in a variety of roles – as an advisor, an investor and a director. He was instrumental in the creation of T Bailey Fund Services and served as the non-executive director of a quoted independent financial advisor network. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.

Arun Subbiah

Arun is our senior investment manager. He has spent the last 15 years specialising in investment management with a focus on managing portfolios for private clients, trusts and charities. Arun is a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Umer Farooq

Umer Farooq is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 15 years of experience in Accountancy, Recruitment, Software Development and Financial Services. He has a proven track record of success in a variety of roles, including, financial management, financial reporting, tax planning, risk management, business strategy and business advisory. Umer is a highly skilled accountant with a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations. He is also an experienced business manager with a proven ability to lead and manage teams. Umer is commercially astute and has a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on business opportunities. He is also an effective communicator and is able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
