InterestMe Advisors Limited (In Administration) and InterestMe Financial Planning Limited (In Administration) (“InterestMe”)
InterestMe entered administration on 24 September 2026. Geoff Bouchier and Robert Goodhew of Kroll Advisory Limited were appointed as Administrators.
Immediately following the appointment, the Administrators completed a sale of InterestMe’s client book and associated assets to My Pension Expert Limited (MPE).
MPE is a financial advice firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. My Money Expert, a trading style of MPE will now be responsible for providing ongoing financial advice and servicing arrangements as previously administered by InterestMe.
A letter from the Administrators and an Information Pack from MPE will be sent to all clients shortly.
If you have questions in respect of the Administration please contact the Administrators at InterestMe@kroll.com.
Prior to the Administration, InterestMe Financial Planning Limited (In Administration) agreed a set of Voluntary Requirements (VREQ) with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") which limited its ability to undertake new regulated business activities without the FCA's prior written consent. This included restrictions on accepting new clients, entering into new client relationships and undertaking certain new regulated activities for existing clients. The VREQ remains in force.
Neither InterestMe entering Administration nor the Voluntary Requirements with the FCA affect clients' underlying investments. InterestMe does not directly hold client money or client assets and these remain held by third-party providers.
The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Administrators who act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability. They are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics and are authorised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
